This will be the last of the altered images for a bit. We'll return to our regular program of straight photography with the next post. However, we'll have another run of altered images in the near future.

I think if I show any of these, I'll just call them digital prints.

As a reminder, we're currently in the middle of a series of "altered" images. We'll get back to normal photography in several weeks.

Another saturated image.

Here's the shooting report for 2014.

I put 116 pictures into the Art folder. They were taken on 47 different days, with January, February, and September being the most productive months. (The trip to Folly Beach was in September.) I feel like I didn't shoot very much this year, but the numbers are about normal.

I was shooting Micro Four Thirds exclusively. The count by lens was:

38 - Olympus 17mm f/1.8
37 - Panasonic 25mm f/1.4
33 - Olympus 45mm f/1.8
8 -   Olympus 60mm f/2.8 macro

I had a goal this year to not use any zoom lenses. No acquisitions planned for 2015, except maybe one of those new Epson P600 printers, when my R2880 finally gives up.

It's fun to run the "saturation" process on images that are essentially colorless, like this one of a fence buried in sand, because it produces extreme exaggeration of minute color differences.
