Let us pause for a moment to observe a change in the life of the editor (me). This picture brings to an end nine years of shooting with Nikon SLR's and DSLR's. I sold the D90 and lenses back to B&H in December. From now on, it's Panasonic and Olympus micro-four-thirds for me. Who would have thought?

David, I think this is a real way of the future. I'm still using large format b&w film for certain work, but I haven't used a dSLR in many months, all my color work is micro-4/3s at this point.

Yes, I think so too. Somebody asked me the other day why I switched to M43, and I really didn't have a good answer. The M43 stuff just seems like where cameras ought to be going. The DSLR's are feeling more like the last gasp of the previous way of doing things.
